DigiLAB aims to digitize textile testing laboratory practice in vocational education through Mixed Reality and Artificial Intelligence.
The DigiLAB project aims to create remote and inclusive learning pathways using digital technology and e-learning for individuals facing barriers to textile laboratory access. By integrating Mixed Reality (MR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into its modules, the initiative promotes equitable education in textile quality control, enhancing accessibility and equipping students with essential industry skills.
Project period: 2025-2027
Textile vocational, textile engineering department and fashion design students. Lecturers, trainers and mentor specialists in textile. New employees of private companies operating in the textile industry. Textile communities, public authorities, chambers of commerce, and chambers of industry.
Location: Adana, Türkiye
Coordinates the project and leads 3D modelling and Mixed Reality development. Responsible for developing and integrating the AI-supported virtual guide.
